By accessing or using IacuWise ("Service"), operated by IacuWise, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IacuWise is a SaaS platform that optimizes AI prompts to reduce token usage and measures the environmental impact (water consumption, CO2 emissions, energy) of AI interactions. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
The Service offers a free tier (3 optimizations per day) and a Pro subscription ($8.99/month, 50 optimizations per day). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You agree not to: use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the Service; share your account credentials with others; use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage; resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
The IacuWise name, logo, and Service design are the property of IacuWise, LLC. Your original prompts remain your property. Optimized prompts generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal or commercial use. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our algorithms.
Water, energy, and CO2 savings displayed by the Service are estimates based on published research and publicly available data about AI model infrastructure. These figures are approximate and provided for informational purposes only. IacuWise does not guarantee the accuracy of environmental calculations.
The Service uses third-party APIs (including Anthropic Claude) to process prompts. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of these third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IacuWise, LLC and its members, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
